Over the past 18 years, we have represented purchasers, developers, and financial entities in purchases, financing, construction, leasing, and sales processes covering a variety of real estate projects; conducted due diligence to identify potential legal risks; and drafted and negotiated the agreements required for structuring transactions. This includes executing the related trusts, conducting real estate due diligence as well as structuring financial closings and security interests.
